Jerry Goldsmith’s underrated score form the 1996 action movie. Executive Decision. Some big name stars including Steven Segal & Kurt Russell star in this high tech. fast moving attempt on the terrorist/hostage routine. however Jerry Goldsmith managed to write a powerful and dramatic score notably the action cues are typical of his style and pacing. The out of pring Varese edition conatined an expanded version adding an extra 20 or so mins to the score. however this 2CD complete edition fully restores the entire recording sessions as written with many alternate and outakes. A superb score and highly recommended.
