Shipping times are approximate based on location and method of shipping. UK between 3 to 5 working days, outside UK 7 – 14 working days (based on standard shipping). Returns are accepted within a 7 day period from receiving the item. All items must be returned sealed and in the original state they were received in order for a full refund whether not required or cancelled. Any item(s) received incorrectly and/or damaged may be returned either for a refund or exchange. Any return postage costs associated with faulty or damaged goods will be reimbursed. Any returns not faulty or damaged will be paid for by the customer.
Note: Orders using the standard airmail option will be at the buyers risk. No refunds or replacement orders will be honored if any loss or non delivery of item(s) occurs.
